The Essential Service is recommended every 3 to 9 months, depending on use. It includes everything from the Interim Service, plus:
Your bicycle is stripped to the bottom bracket, excluding headset and hub bearings.
Your chain and cassette are checked for wear and cleaned.
Your chain and cassette are replaced if necessary.
Your wheels are checked and trued
Both wheel hubs are adjusted if necessary.
We check and tighten the headset.
Cables are checked and replaced if necessary.
Brake pads are replaced if necessary.
