Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Interpretation

“Company” means Se20 Cycles  “Customer” means the person who accepts the Company’s written quotation for the sale of the Goods or

whose written order for the Goods is accepted by the Company; “Goods” means the goods (including any instalment of the goods or any

parts for them) which the Company is to supply in accordance with these Terms; “Terms” means the standard terms of sale set in this

document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms agreed in writing between the Company and the

Customer.

 

2. General

a) All orders accepted by the Company are subject to the following conditions, which shall prevail over and exclude any conditions of

purchase stipulated by the customer.


b) No order which has been accepted by the Company may be cancelled by the Customer except with the written agreement of the

Company and on terms that the Customer will indemnify the Company in full against all loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the

cost of all labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by the Company as a result of cancellation. 


c) The Company’s employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the Goods unless confirmed by the

Company in writing. In entering into the Contract the Customer acknowledges that it does not rely on any such representations which are

not so confirmed, but nothing in these Terms affects the liability of either party for fraudulent misrepresentation.

 

3. Prices

a) The Company reserves the right to alter or withdraw its price list and/or specifications without notice. 

b) Subject to express agreement in writing to the contrary orders will be invoiced at the prices ruling at the time of dispatch.

4. Delivery

a) Delivery of the goods shall be ex-works the Company, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing.

b) any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and the Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the

Goods howsoever caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract.

c) the Goods are to be delivered in instalments, each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by the Company to deliver

any one or more of the instalments in accordance with these Terms or any claim by the Customer in respect of any one or more instalments

shall not entitle the Customer to treat the contract as a whole as repudiated.

d) If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Goods (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond the Customer’s reasonable control or

by reason of the Company’s fault) then, without limiting any other right or remedy available to the Company, the Company may: (i) Store the

goods until actual delivery and charge the Customer for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or (ii) Sell the Goods at

the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to the Customer for the excess

over the price under the contract or charge the Customer for any shortfall below the price under the contract.

In the unlikely event that you are missing an item or an item is damaged, please contact us by email to enquiries@se20cycles.com within

24 hours of receiving your package. We regret that we cannot assist with claims received after this time as we are bound by the carriers'

rules. Please keep the original packaging as it may be required in order to pursue a claim.your package. 

 

If you would like to return or exchange a product purchased online please return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

It is important that you obtain proof of postage when you post you parcel, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for loss. 

It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. This means you must keep all original packaging, tags and labels,

and that the item is unused and undamaged. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to reject the return and send it back to you.

We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty, on the following items:

  • products that have been personalised for you (this includes custom frames and bespoke bicycles);

  • perishable goods such as food;underwear;special order items (we are also unable to accept cancellations for these orders, which we'll make clear when you place your order).
